High Pitched Buskers...
When people have little disposable money, due to the severity of the times we live in, Buskers have to resort to more daring ways of attracting attention... to entice the cents and euros into their kitty...it's a hard graft...playing Fiddles, Guitars and Singing...while standing on a bollard so narrow that it doesn't have enough width to cover both feet...where would we be without musicians? ,
